Day 1
You will receive information about the theoretical background and the development of ReAttach. Subsequently, the technical skills of the method are practiced and automated. You practice the first part of the ReAttach protocol: a social cognitive training aimed at strengthening affect regulation under optimal alertness and Multiple Sensory Processing.
What will you learn?
You learn to optimize the processing of information, emotions, and events in children and adults with a technique that contains both body-oriented and psychological elements. You will then be trained in providing social cognitive training that helps to organize information better.
Day 2
The second part of the ReAttach Protocol concerns Cognitive Bias Modification, proactive coping, and new development opportunities.
What will you learn?
You will get the tools to help children and adults to accept themselves and others and to have a more positive attitude towards life. You learn to formulate goals from the zone of neighborly development that you can use to optimize development. You will also be trained in activating the ability to actively tackle problems and grow in personal development.
Day 3
You are using ReAttach as a systemic intervention as additional expertise within your field. The skills are automated, and you learn to apply ReAttach consciously and competently.
What will you learn?
ReAttach is a family intervention if you work with children and adolescents. In adults, it is wise to involve partners or caregivers. On the third day, you will learn how to fit ReAttach into your current working method and combine it with other therapies.
ReAttach is a beneficial and incredibly enriching treatment method that I recommend to all my colleagues!

ReAttach Academy Registration
ReAttach Academy registers students, therapists, and trainers in the ReAttach Register. The ReAttach Therapy International Foundation guarantees the quality of the training.

Certificate & Diploma
After completing the course days (100% participation), you will receive a certificate of attendance. Registration as a therapist and the ReAttach diploma are reserved for students who complete both the theoretical exam (an online test) and the practical exam.

License
Only registered and qualified ReAttach therapists are recognized by Stichting ReAttach Therapy International and may call themselves ReAttach therapists. ReAttach is a protected brand name reserved for registered and qualified therapists.

Quality register
If you have obtained the ReAttach Diploma, you are qualified as a ReAttach Therapist, and you will be included as a therapist in the ReAttach Quality Register. The quality register is maintained to make it transparent in which professionals have completed our training successfully.

Specialization
ReAttach therapists who have followed the Specialization Module are listed as Specialists in the quality register. As long as you are still in training, you are registered as a ReAttach therapist in training. It would be best to have the specialization module work with complex target groups (such as autism, neurorehabilitation, complex trauma).

Practical exam
During the practical exam, at least five clients' progress is evaluated, and we expect a reflection on your actions as a ReAttach therapist in training. Your trainer, ReAttach Academy, and Stichting ReAttach Therapy International are involved in the assessment of your exam. If you cannot meet the diploma's requirements immediately, you can request further training and a second exam.

Trainers
We have developed trainer-trainings.

Master Education
Therapists who have completed all specialization and in-depth modules are registered as Master ReAttach Therapist.
